My Own Art Collection

Arts Council England’s Own Art scheme has been set up to make it easier and more affordable for everyone to start collecting contemporary art and craft.

This autumn, we’re running a campaign to inspire more people to think about what kind of art work they respond to most – and why. To take part, all you need to do is create a collection using the on-line tool, and then tell us what your choices say about you!

All the artworks illustrated in our ‘virtual collection’ are real examples of works of art supplied by our member galleries. To find out more about these and other artists represented by our members, please follow the links included in the information on each piece, or visit the Own Art website to find a list of participating galleries in your region.
